System Description:
The system pre-treatment includes Filter media and chemical dosing like chlorine for
water disinfection, anti-scalant for membrane scaling protection and UV unit for membrane
fouling protection.
The RO System uses an 8-inch by 60-inch TFC membranes. The System is configured into
Single Pass, Two Bank Configuration. It has an Auto-flush System and online conductivity meters
both for feed and product streams.
The product water is, then passed through a Membrane Degasifier, for dissolved gases
removal to elevate the final product water pH.
The System has its own CIP system used for maintenance cleaning.

System Description:
The System pre-treatment includes Filter media like Sand Filter and high grade ACF. Then,
a MattUF unit, a custom built ultra-filtration unit designed by Matten for industrial use.
The water produced by the UF unit is passed through a Cation and Anion beds for
demineralisation. The de-ionized water is further polished using a Mixed bed de-ionizer.
The polished water is finally disinfected by a UV disinfection unit, collected and used in
production.

System Description:
The System is complete with pre-treatment which includes Sand Filter for suspended
particle removal and accompanied with chorine dosing for water disinfection and prevent
algae growth. The chlorinated water is passed through an Activated Carbon Filter Media for
remove free chlorine.
The dechlorinated water is passed through a Twin Alternating Softener for hardness
removal. The removal of hardness causing ions prolonged the life of the RO membrane and
prevent from pre-mature scaling. This soft water is collected to a Storage tank.
The soft water is pumped off to the RO System for further purification. This system is Single
Pass, Two-Bank Configuration. It has a CIP built with in the system, for periodic maintenance
cleaning.

System Description:
The System is complete with pre-treatment which is UF System for suspended particle
removal. The UF filtered water is directed to a storage tank.
The UF filtered water is pumped again to RO System for the removal of dissolved solids.
The RO System has a anti-scalant dosing system for membrane protection. The System has its
custom built CIP for periodic maintenance cleaning.
The RO permeate water is also directed to a storage tank prior to further
demineralization. This filtered water is passed through a working mixed bed for further reach the
required resistivity of above 10 megaohm.
The de-ionized water is treated further using a UV disinfection unit before it goes to the
production for final usage.

System Description:
The System pre-treatment includes series of cartridge filters for suspended particle
removal. Then, the filtered water passed through a Twin Alternating Softening Tanks.
The System has a compact top-mounted valve controller. This Controller has an
electronically built in memory chip which controls the rotation of the motorized camshaft
especially during the regeneration process.
The Controller is programmable and the opening/closing of the valves are made by the
line pressure.

System Description:
The System is mainly composed of a feed motor pump, a TOC Reducer unit, a Dual Bed
controlled by a stager controller during the system operation.
The TOC unit is installed upfront to protect the Dual Bed Unit from any organics present in
feed water. Thus, prevent the ion exchange resins from premature fouling.
Basically, the Dual Bed is composed of a Cation and Anion Tanks containing a cation
resin for removal of positively charged ions and anion resin for removal of remaining negatively
ions in water, respectively.
